Collection of the logos of the largest oil companies. The pin's is a customer gift of use in the 80's / 90's, to give the brand a friendly image to become a popular symbol. Here the pin's is enlarged, magnified. This intervention transforms them into a coat of arms and the sting of the fastener becomes a lethal weapon. The installation of the pins on a carpet with flame patterns echoes the entire body of work. By the referent to the tuning and the use of the salt there is a relation between the ornamentation and the idea of conservation. The salt is death.
